AUTOMATIZED STACKER CRANES:

  • ETV – Elevating Transfer Vehicle

The Elevating Transfer Vehicle ETV is used for the horizontal and vertical transportation of aircraft containers within a warehouse. The operator controls the ETV while standing in the operator cabin. He can drive it forward and backward on a pair of rails.

Between the front and rear column, the ETV is equipped with a lifting frame. A conveyor table is integrated in the lifting frame and makes it possible to load and unload air cargo containers. The container can be lifted together with the lifting table and unloaded into a box of a rack.

Usage for transportation of EURO-Pallets and ISO-Pallets

Chain conveyor is equipped with electric motor drives; base structure is made of steel profiles and standard component parts. Drawing elements consist of a steel chain 12 B-1 and straight lamellas. The conveyor is designed as module structure. It is self-standing, fixed into the floor by means of bolts. Mechanical guides are attached to the conveyor, for directing the purpose-made pallet.

The frame structure is made of cold-rolled steel profiles. The transport height can be adjusted by bolts. Rollers are driven by an electric gear motor via a driving chain wheel and chain is running on top of chain wheel. Adjusting bolts can regulate the transporting height. Supports can be anchored onto a concrete floor or on a steel structure with anchoring screws. Electrically driven roller conveyor is used for step-wise transport of palettes. During transport the bottom slates of the pallet are positioned perpendicular on the rollers. In principle, one conveyor is used only for transport of single transport unit.

Usage for transportation of BULKY-Pallets

Transfer roller lift tables are used for reloading of the load from the chain conveyors  to the roller conveyors and vice versa. The base and the support frames are welded and made of steel plates and U profiles. Lifting mechanism is installed between the base and the support frame, connecting the lower fixed frame and the upper support frame. The lifting mechanism consists of electric motor with reduction gear and brakes.

The upper and lower position of the lifting table is achieved with the brake of the electric motor drive.

  • MINILOAD TRANSFER TABLE 

Usage for transportation of Totes and Cartons

The transfer table is used for the in/outward transfer of transported goods on vertically or parallel arranged lines. The transported goods are raised by a lift gear and in/out transferred by a strap conveyor.

The Takeover Miniload transfer table is used for instoring or outstoring totes from Miniload Crane. The transported goods are raised by a lift gear and in/out transferred by a strap conveyor.
